iFamily History: Q is for Quit

This post is part of the A to Z challenge explaining how and why you would use Google Drive in genealogy and family history.

When you are done using Google Drive you need to quit.

To quit

1. Items are saved automatically every few minutes but it is still good to save just in case.

2. Click the x on the tab in the internet browser you are using.
That closes Google Drive.

Genealogy

I researched my paternal grandmother's line to the first three white landowners of Canada in the 80's. I began genealogy going on genealogy trips in Ontario, England, and Scotland at graveyards with my mother starting at age 7 on. As a teenager, I sat in front of a microfilm reader with a list of names every Saturday at an FHL while my mother volunteered helping others.
